Due to the nature of treatment, most of my clients have standing weekly appointments & transition to less frequent as progress is made.

I do not use any form of AI (artificial intelligence) in my documentation or communication with clients. You do not have to worry about being recorded without your knowledge, that words other than yours and my own will be documented, or that any third parties you are unaware of will gain access to your records. Simple Practice is the platform I utilize for telehealth, billing, and medical records. I do not utilize or partner with any VC (venture capitalist) companies that are unfortunately being widely utilized in the current healthcare landscape.

I accept all major credit cards, HSA plans, & some commercial insurance plans. I am currently in network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Health Care.  I do not have a sliding scale.  If you are utilizing your insurance for coverage of services, it is important that you understand the type of coverage you have as well as your deductible & co-pays.  Please note that benefits are an agreement between you and your insurance company. I cannot guarantee any insurance coverage or reimbursement. If you have eligibility concerns or questions, you should contact your insurance provider directly.

If you have other insurance, I can provide you with a receipt or super bill to submit for possible reimbursement for out of network services and to contribute toward your deductible.  Often, finding the right provider, even if out of network with your insurance is beneficial.
